Rebellion

Who doesn't enjoy a good rebellion? We can kill thousands of our own people because we are just too darn stupid to know how to work anything out.

How does rebellion even start?

1. There is unhappy citizens in a class
2. The unhappy citizens get together and gossip
3. Someone has the brilliant idea of viloence
4. Everyone goes mad

Isn't fighting the only valid solution to fix a society? Of course! Who needs to make government changes when we can just kill the ruler and have some lunatic to declare themselves Emperor and drive the country into devastation? I applaud you, Napoleon, for being "brave" enough to try. Trying to reason the government is obviously pointless. They've never done ANYTHING to help. So kill first and ask questions later.
